DAAD Information Centre Erbil

The DAAD Information Centre (IC) in Erbil was established in October 2011. We aim to promote academic exchange between Germany and Iraq. Our responsibilities are: 
  • Providing guidance on all questions regarding academic studies and research in Germany 
  • Providing information on the DAAD’s scholarship programmes   
  • Promoting cooperation between German and Iraqi universities 
  • Acting as a contact partner for German academics and students in Iraq
